Accounting & Finance
Planning, organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling the company finances, in order to record, summarize and report transactions that paint an accurate picture of human-I-T’s financial position and performance. The department records accounts payable and receivable, inventory, payroll, fixed assets and all other financial statement items to produce the company’s financial statements; while also suggesting changes required to run the organization in a cost effective manner.

Business Development / Sales
Engage in a variety of activities with the objective to promote the customer purchase of a product or the client engagement of a service including: interacting with customers, creating a unique buying experience, confirming payment options, working with recurring customers, providing valuable resources to the marketing department and supporting operations. Specifically, sales roles at human-I-T will be comprised of facilitating and B2B customer interactions.

The department or support systems responsible for personnel sourcing and hiring, applicant tracking, skills development and tracking, benefits administration and compliance with associated government regulations. A human resources department is a critical component of employee well-being in any business, no matter how small. HR responsibilities include payroll, benefits, hiring, firing, and keeping up to date with state and federal tax laws.

Study, design, development, application, implementation, support or management of computer systems, software, and networks for the processing and distribution of data. Specifically, this includes planning and strategy to support the needs of various business departments, ensuring the level of resources available are adequate, working with external vendors, deploying the latest technologies internally, securing company information to minimize risk and breaches, and aiding employees with issues related to company IT resources.
Marketing & Social Media
The activities of a company associated with buying and selling a product or service. It includes advertising, selling and delivering products to people. People who work in marketing departments of companies try to get the attention of target audiences by using slogans, packaging design, celebrity endorsements and general media exposure. The four ‘Ps’ of marketing are product, place, price and promotion.
Operations department is responsible for running human-I-T successfully. Operations has the ultimate accountability for refurbishment and resale, and is ultimately responsible for the success of human-I-T as well as the development of employees and customers. Operations drives flawless execution across all engagements. They are responsible for allocating resources, working with HR and recruiters to bring on new employees, engaging third party vendors and partners, developing operating policies and processes, fostering teamwork, overseeing office management, resolving issues between departments, and taking charge in crisis situations. Simply, they are responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization.
